A temple-mosque-gurudwara-church will be opened in Lockdown 5. Many states wanted the mall to be opened in phases as well. The school-college may open in the second phase in July. Restaurants and hotels will also open from June 8. In the meantime it will be necessary to wear social distance and a mask. So the ban on moving from one state to another has also been lifted. The state will also be able to move from one district to another, but social distance will have to be followed. You don't need anyone's permission to come and go anywhere.
